What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to postpone or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. If you notify us of a postponed event at least 14 days before the original date, you will be eligible for a credit 90% of your deposit, valid for 1 year toward our services. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation of booking after a deposit has been made, the deposit will be non-refundable, as your event date is reserved upon confirmation of booking.
Do we deliver?

Delivery within 25km of Wanitrna South (3152) is included within the price. Anything beyond requires a quote. CBD location will require additional parking and toll fee.
Do I need to pay a bond?

Pricing & Bond Conditions

All pricing is quoted for a one-day hire. A refundable bond of 50% of the hire fee is required prior to delivery.

Any damage must be reported immediately at the time of installation or delivery. In the event of damage, the full bond will be retained.

Damage includes, but is not limited to, paint marks, stains, chips, punctures, or holes.

Customers are strongly recommended to take clear photos upon installation as proof of condition. This is the customer’s responsibility.
Bump in and Bump out service

Bump in and Bump out service is part of our service at GMM. The customer is not to touch or move to avoid damage.

Other services

When hiring under our “Other Services” category, a 3-day hire period applies, which includes pickup and return.

Any items returned after the agreed return date will incur an additional daily late fee for each day overdue and may result in the partial or full forfeiture of the bond.
